出外旅行，唔少人都鍾意喺 Facebook「打卡」「開心Share」吓；又或者以 WhatsApp 同親朋戚友分享一下旅途趣事。但如果用錯英文字詞嚟寫就⋯比較尷尬喇！
一於學識以下 8 個同旅行有關嘅 Phrasal Verbs（短語動詞），下次旅行時活學活用：
1. See (somebody) off 為（某人）送行
I saw John off at the airport.
我在機場為 John 送行。
2. Set off 動身出發
What time are you planning to set off tomorrow?
你明天打算什麼時候啟程？
3. Take off （飛機）起飛
The plane is scheduled to take off at 5.
該飛機預計於 5 點起飛。
4. Arrive at 到達
We arrived at the airport in hot haste.
我們火急地到達機場。
5. Hop on 急忙地跳上（車輛）
We ran to the bus and hopped on.
我們跑著追上巴士，跳了上去。
P.S. 唔少城市都有 “hop-on hop-off bus”，即可讓遊客隨意在景點上落嘅循環觀光線。
6. Drop off 下車／從（車輛）上下來
呢句搭的士時特別有用，例如見到目的地時即刻同司機講：
Please drop me off here.
讓我在這裡下車就可以了。
又或者一上車講定目的地係邊又得：
Please drop me off at ABC Hotel.
請讓我在 ABC 酒店下車。
7. Pick up （以車輛）接載（某人）
如果你預約咗接送服務或約咗司機等你，呢句就大派用場喇：
Please pick me up at the airport at 4pm.
請於下午 4 時在機場接我。
8. Check in/ Check out 辦理登記入住／登機／退房手續／結帳離開
You will have to present your passport when checking in.
你在辦理入住手續需要出示護照。
