Please advise可以話係超級常見嘅電郵用詞；而唔少人都將呢句嘅用法「二次創作」，用於表達其它意思。
但其實唔少呢啲「引伸」用法都有錯，唔可以亂用！
咁究竟Please advise有咩其他字詞短句可作代替呢？睇睇以下例子：
1.請給予意見
x Please advise, if any
唔少人習慣以”Please advise”為電郵作結，希望對方給予意見。但其實咁講係錯！你可以咁講：
✓ Please let me know if you have any comments
如果你有任何意見，請告訴我
✓ For your comments
請評論
2.如有問題請提出
x If you have any questions, please advise
同樣，希望對方有問題的話就提出，亦唔應該用”please advise”。咁講比較好：
✓ Should you have any questions, please let me know
如果你有任何問題，請讓我知道
3.請跟進
另一個常見錯誤用法就係以”Please advise”要求對方辦事。例如當對方遲遲未作跟進時，你可能習慣成自然咁講：
x I have yet to receive your reply. Please advise.
其實咁講十分奇怪：你明明係想對方跟進「做嘢」，但卻寫要對方”advise”（建議），豈不是前言不對後語？
不如直接了當，又不失禮貌咁講：
✓ I would appreciate it if you could reply at your earliest convenience
如果你能盡早回覆，我將不勝感激
4.請告知
亦有唔少人以”Please advise”表達希望對方告知資料。
x Please advise of the meeting details.
但呢個用法同樣不當；所以下次不妨以”tell”，”inform”等字詞代替：
✓ Please inform me of the meeting details.
請告知我會議詳情。
